Terms of Sale
These terms apply to every order placed on fastpeptides.xyz. By placing an order you accept them. Please also read our Shipping & Returns and Privacy Policy.
1. Research use only
All products are sold strictly for laboratory and in-vitro research. They are not medicines, food, food supplements or cosmetics. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, or to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Product descriptions summarise published research and are not medical advice.
2. Who can order
By ordering you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you are purchasing for legitimate research purposes and that you will handle, store and use the products in line with all laws that apply to you. You are responsible for checking that the products may be imported, held and used where you are.
3. Orders and acceptance
When you place an order you receive an order number and are taken to our payment provider's page. The contract is concluded when we confirm your payment by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product turns out to be unavailable, if a price was clearly wrong or if we have reason to suspect misuse or fraud. If we cancel an order that you have paid, we refund the full amount.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in the currency you select (EUR, USD or GBP). Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. The amount shown on the checkout page is the amount you pay. We may change prices at any time, but changes never affect orders already placed.
5. Payment
Payments are processed by our payment provider, CardToUSDT, by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or cryptocurrency. Card payments are converted and settled by the payment provider. Any currency-conversion or bank fees charged by your own bank or card issuer are your responsibility. We never receive or store your card details.
6. Shipping
We ship to all 27 countries of the European Union. Dispatch times, costs and what to do if a parcel is lost or damaged are explained on our Shipping & Returns page. Risk in the products passes to you when the parcel is delivered.
7. Returns and refunds
Because our products are sealed, temperature-sensitive research compounds, we accept claims for products that are defective, damaged in transit or different from what you ordered, as described on our Shipping & Returns page. We cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed products. This does not limit any rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection law of your country.
8. Product information
We take care that product information is accurate. Product images are illustrations and may differ from the actual packaging. Where a certificate of analysis is offered, it refers to the batch indicated on it.
9. Liability
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use or misuse of our products, or from use contrary to these terms. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence.
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the law of the country where the seller is established. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
