Cagrilintide + Semaglutide

Overview

This blend combines two long-acting peptides that reduce appetite through different hormone systems: cagrilintide mimics amylin, semaglutide mimics GLP-1.

The combination, often called CagriSema, has been studied in large clinical programmes because the two pathways appear to add to each other. A single vial keeps the 1:1 ratio fixed.
