Overview
CJC-1295 without DAC is a stabilised version of the first 29 amino acids of growth-hormone-releasing hormone, the shortest part of GHRH that keeps full activity. Four amino-acid changes make it more resistant to breakdown than natural GHRH.
Without the DAC component it stays short-acting, which preserves the natural pulse-like pattern of growth-hormone release. It is often studied together with ghrelin-receptor agonists such as ipamorelin.
