CJC-1295 With DAC

Overview

CJC-1295 with DAC adds a chemical linker (the Drug Affinity Complex) to the modified GHRH sequence. Once in the blood, the linker attaches the peptide to albumin, which protects it and greatly extends its life.

In published human studies this produced sustained increases in growth hormone and IGF-1 lasting several days after a single administration, in contrast to the short pulses of the no-DAC version.
